This place sets the bar for a breakfast and lunch restaurant. The food is excellent. The service is friendly and efficient, and the vibe is comfortable. We hadn’t been back for some time and everything about the place was great. The staff is busy and the joint is busy for good reason. I had the chorizo with eggs and my wife had bacon and eggs. My bride was thrilled and mine was one of best I’ve ever had. Thank you

We walked in on a Saturday 11:20am, and would need to wait around 25min for a table of three adults. Once we are seated, another 10min for waitress to serve, and another 20min for dishes to serve, this is due to the busy hour around noon time, that is acceptable. But I would still recommend if the restaurant owner could consider improve the dish wait time? Because when our plates are served, all of them were not freshly hot, just a little warm... As of the dish flavor, my mom liked the signature shrimp benedict. She enjoyed its flavor and its homefries.

Visited for the first time on a Monday morning and the place was packed - which was a great sign right off the bat! The food was delicious and the portions were huge! The coffee and OJ are also worth mentioning as both were quite good. The waitstaff were also very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an awesome breakfast experience :)

We found this quaint place to eat breakfast in Santa Cruz. They were also serving lunch. The menu was a very good variety of choices with breakfast items what we had to eat. Mine was regular over easy eggs with homestyle potatoes, I believe with onions , and a nicely cross English muffin with real butter . My daughter got the chorizo scramble and my grandson had a delicious looking sandwich It must have been good because when I looked up to see what kind it was, he had finished it! Nice place to eat and highly recommend.

Food is alright but they are really busy. It took a while to get everything we requested. The atmosphere is great! Maybe we should visit next time when it is less busy

If I was a local, I'd go here. That being said every time I come to the Santa Cruz area, I do go there. The menu is pretty large , so again, if I was local I'd be going here to try all their offerings. It's always busy, so the best thing to do is put your name up and walk the downtown for a bit. The food tastes clean and the portions are good.

This was a delicious weekday brunch. The French toast was light, crispy and flavorful, and the Benedict was lemony good. We both agreed we would be happy to order the same thing or try something new next time we come.
